Eddy Current Performance Verification Reference Block

Description

The Performance Verification Reference Block meets the requirements of NAVSEA 9074-AS-GIB-010/271. Block contains a simulated butt weld and (4) EDM notches. PH Tool can supply a block without a weld if needed, or can machine notches into customer-supplied blocks.

  • Overall dimensions: 3/8 thick x 4.0 wide x 6.0 long
  • Alloy: 6061-T6 Aluminum, bare
  • Contains: (4) EDM notches @0.015 deep x0.010 max wide x0.250 long
